MEDIA LABEL / CURATORIAL INITIATIVE
Sex Objects /
objetosexual

Sex Objects was a media label and curatorial initiative organized by Ian Swanson, working across sound, visual art, web distribution, and physical presentation. Its activity moved between online circulation and artist-organized events rather than operating as a fixed exhibition space.
The project reused the name of the earlier musical side project Sex Objex, but the musical project and the later curatorial platform remain distinct records.
Sex Objects also functioned as a collaborative production context. The material developed with Andrew Birk and Jaakko Pallasvuo for EDENunlimited belongs to that collaboration; NO SPACE was the presenting gallery and must not be conflated with Sex Objects itself.
